Filmvol

Description

Sanipaper’s Filmvol product is applied with a roller. Once the water evaporates the remaining PVA will form a film. The evaporation is dictated by environmental or drying conditions.  We recommend uniform, thin layers for each application as if the coating is too wet it will ‘run’ on a vertical surface.

Prior applications of oils or glycerin might inhibit the Filmvol efficacy as those solutions may inhibit the PVA solution from setting properly. We recommend testing to see if this product will work as you need.

The low DH, low viscosity PVA grade, Filmvol, will have the greatest water solubility. PVA dries as a coating and film.

Filmvol is available in both clear and white options, please specify your color request..

In addition, if needed, Sanipaper can add fine particle pigments such as clay, calcium carbonate, Silica, Teflon (fine particle) to try in the coating. These custom options require a special order of a larger quantity.

We recommend the Jumbo Riser Roller  16″ roller for toilet riser  – 1 Gal can
